2. Feature
1. High shelling rate and low burst rate; the machine adopts reasonable line speed difference and adjustable pressure between rollers, the shelling rate reaches 90%, and the burst rate is less than 5%, and it remains stable during the production process.
2. Easy to use; it is adjusted by the handle, the feed plate is automatically aligned with the rolling distance, and the gearbox is used to realize the fast and slow roll interchange.
3. Low rubber consumption; good ventilation and heat dissipation device, avoiding overheating and abrasion of the rubber roller.
4. The husk separation effect is good. The raw materials after hulling pass through a wind separator, and the rough grain mixture and big bran are completely separated.
5. With double support structure, the rubber roller is not easy to produce large and small heads, and the performance is stable and reliable.
